HAPPY BIRHTDAY, AMELIA (tomorrow)
On Sunday I went into work to bake cupcakes and make frosting and pastry cream for Amelia’s birthday. Today I filled and decorated them!
Chocolate cake and vanilla bean cream cheese icing, dyed black, and coconut pastry cream. They were originally going to look like spiders, and the cream was bug guts, but it just wasn’t working. This is fine.
I didn’t notice the typo until after she saw them and I took the photo.
