Ladies’ Dinner Party

Beef shabu style, grilled tofu, zucchini, korean hot peppers, and king oyster mushrooms. Green onions, cucumbers, cilantro, peppermint, thai basil, vermicelli, and rice paper. Home made peanut hoisin sauce. Yum!

Dark chocolate caramel tart with butter sauteed apples and vanilla bean ice cream. Recipe via Jess! Also made on New Year’s Eve. This was pretty much a lets-go-back-in-time dinner for me. So good the first time, even better the second!
